This
was on of my first dairy free recipes. I was disappointed that all of
the meatballs in the super market had dairy in them so I made my own.
It's pretty simple and easy. The only problem I encountered was that
breadcrumbs have dairy in them. Fortunately, I found a quick
alternative. I toasted up some sourdough, added some seasonings, and
blended in a food processor. Voila, breadcrumbs. I find they're moister
and overall better in recipes. These meatballs taste great on a sandwich
or on pasta.
